- Order uses a Pickup option. Only shipped orders are eligible.
- Order is not shippable. Only shipped orders are eligible.
- Order has a shipping method that is not supported by the warehouse.
- This is an international order. Only domestic orders are eligible.
- The order is shipped to an Armed Forces address, but is not being sent by USPS.
- The order is shipped to a PO Box, but is not being sent by USPS.
- The order shipping address contains special characters.
- The order billing address contains special characters.
Payment Method
- Order does not use Credit Card or Paypal payment method,, these are the only eligible payment methods.
- Authorization is more than 3 weeks old. <CC/Paypal> authorization could expire before the warehouse can process the order.
Order Products
- Order is empty
- Order contains non-shippable products.
- Order contains store merchandise.
- Not all order products are available in one warehouse.
- Order contains at least 1 preorder title. Preorders are not eligible.
Resending Orders
- Order was already sent to the warehouse. The same order cannot be sent multiple times.
- The order was previously rejected for warehouse fulfillment, and cannot be sent again.
